How insane you are, you are giving the credit of that to USCIS ??? I think you were sleping when people had rallies in CA and IV had 'flowers to USCIS' campaign, how about Zoe Lofergn's threat, I'm sure you don't know any thing. USCIS shares most of the responsibility of you and I being on this forum. USCIS was doing a tardy job and wasting several thousand green card numbers every year that's why DOS had to push them by making the world wide dates current. And 'no' they did not 'realize' any mistake, they did not want to get into legal trouble and get publically exposed(Zoe Lofergn asked for emails and all communication regarding Visa cut off dates). So they took the shortest and safest way to get out

Folks I sent email to this address as stated "uscis-complaint@dhs.gov", got bounced back saying it as a wrong email. Does nay one know the correct email to send USCIS complaints to?

Who the hell are you EB2 people to decide that we cannot interfile? Anyway you guys can jump and crib, nothing is going to happen. There are some stupid morons arguing that Eb2's are more qualified, what a farce! Eb3 guys have been waiting longer than EB2 guys for the most part. July bulletin is OUT and NO more significant movement. Please call Lawmakers ASAP. Unless we take action USCIS is not going to do anything. Situation can be worse once we head towards election season. Still we have 1-2 months to get things done or we will be waiting for years to get green card OR EAD ( For some folks ).
It is just 10-15 minutes need to spend to call. Let them know WHO WE ARE AND WHAT ARE OUR ISSUES .
Please I request all of you to call , if you already call then ask your friends and family members to call.
Now its time to act. If we dont take action CHC will not allow to move ahead our 3 bills.

It is absolutely make sense. We should push amendment for PD to be considered as date of arrival in USA (first time) or may be date on which one has started working (if employment based immigration). It is ridiculous to have PD based on labor, as there is no certainity when will employer file the labor or how many times in this dynamic environment!!
Also we should ask if one's I-140 is approved and visa is retrogressed, he should allow portability immediately! I mean no need to start GC process all over again if such person change the job.
Does it make sense to request for first arrival date to be considered as the priority date for immigration purposes? Just a thought!!!

Absulutely agree. Also $144,000 in some areas translate to $90,000 in some other areas depending on cost of living, taxation etc... Not all spouses work. So for them, every bit of Government stimulus is needed.

Thanks a bunch for all of you who contributed today, I read each and every post and felt very content that atleast there are people who feel the same way like I feel. IV is the only org that stands for us. It is time to strengthen it, Most of you have no idea how much money is really needed for lobbying, and how far it can take us if each of us contributed a little every month.

Is it true that when we apply for NRI home loan we should repay the loan back in foreign currency.
If that is the case what will a person do if he applies for the NRI loan( long term) and moves back to India for good after few years .Will he have to pay back the loan in foreign currency before making the move?

Do you know any employer or recruiting agency (in NY) who can help sponsoring physical therapists for 140 & 485.
I got a NY work permit and got my crdentials evaluated but unfortunately that emplyer is no longer having job vacancy. Now I am stuck and don't know if I can get benefit from some other employer.
Any input would be greatly helpful.

These are all good thoughts but what u are suggesting takes some time.

A lot of people who post here are all frustrated and angered and they channelize their anger and frustration through these forums whereas instead if it is channelized in a positive way - our campaigns will be more effective and we can reach our goals.

The employer can establish an account for an attorney or other agent at http://www.plc.doleta.gov. It's unique PERM cases filed by that employer.
